Help Make YOUR Neighbourhood a safer place.

It doesn't take much. Just keep your eye out for anything  out of the usual, and when you see it, then , depending on the seriousness of the activity, contact 999, or 101.
You don't have to leave your home to be a part of the Neighbourhood Watch.
There is no requirement to "walk the beat"
You don't have to be part of a committee and attend meetings every week.
You don't have to write up reports
Whatever you "watch and tell" is confidential.
Being an active Neighbourhood Watch area can reduce  your Household Insurance.
You can also get access to crime prevention information as well as materials to help the recovery of any stolen items, should the worse ever happen.
You might not even realise it, but you probably already do what is needed to be a Neighbourhood Watch Area, just do not get any credit (lower household insurance, lower crime rates) for it.

If you are keen to join in and make the Park District or even just your road , a safer place to live, then please contact the Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator on his email laurielloyd@talktalk.net  or if you dont have access to the internet he can be contacted via this number 01305 839579  he will be only too pleased to get in touch, and provide you with the tools you will need, (although I do think most of us have the finger to dial the number and the pen to make a note of suspicious activity,
which could be:-
people seemingly cleaning windows at night,
people trying every car door in the street (because they forgot what their car looks like),
people taking an unhealthy interest on what they can see through YOUR or YOUR Neighbours windows.

Of course its not just about theft or vandalism or grafitti, ANY ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR that effects the neighbourhood where we ALL live, where OUR CHILDREN play is included.

And the end result is a HAPPIER and SAFER community where ALL our CHILDREN and RESIDENTS can enjoy their lives, where crime is kept to a minimum. Remember it can start with a few people in a street at a time, or a percentage of the community to cover the entire district. Lets see if WE can MAKE A DIFFERENCE in 2017
