Weymouth Bay Methodist Church are delighted to announce that one of their members, Peter Clarke, is to be an official Olympic Torch Bearer. It is understood that his leg will be in the Chickerell area, but actual firm details are yet to be confirmed. However the church members are intending to be out in force to support him and cheer him on throughout this leg. During the Olympics the Weymouth Bay Methodist Church is offering all local charities to set up a FREE stall in their grounds, its 100% FREE, any profit the charity makes remains theirs. So if a charity you are involved in would like to take the church up on their kind offer please do contact them on Weymouth (01305) 839711. The office is open on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
