In aid of Church funds, entrance is just 20p and a wide range of seasonal stalls, refreshments, home made cakes, games and a visit from Father Christmas will highlight the festivities.
Current issues will be discussed with reports on actions taken since the last meeting.
A presentation will outline and explain the merger of Borough Council Services with West Dorset.
Police officers, councillors, with community and friends group leaders contribute to this popular meeting that has become a regular neighbourhood event and a valuable means of communication.
Those attending may use the Lidl car park by kind permission of the store management.
From 11am-3pm, refreshments and a range of festive stalls will raise funds for the Amenity Fund, which provides extra treats that are so appreciated throughout the year.
On Sunday, November 21 from 2pm-5pm, club members will demonstrate what the sport has to offer. Refreshments will also be available.
Members of the Short Mat Bowls Club, which include active retired people, youngsters and families, regularly participate on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Wednesday evenings.
Although many live locally, membership is drawn from across Weymouth, some of whom are newcomers and beginners, while others are experienced, playing at County level.
West Dorset League games are hosted by the club.
