They would be very grateful for good quality adult and children's clothing, bedding, curtains, shoes, belts, handbags and soft toys.
All the items are for re-use, no bric-a-brac please.
All bags and bin liners can be dropped off at school from 8am on the day and they are being picked up at 9.15am.
All monies raised goes straight to the Conifers School.
If anyone has any issues that they would like considered, please go along to the meeting to raise them.
It is hoped that they will be able to take the older ones out on a day trip.
The forum also hope to hold a Christmas bingo session at Fairway Court for residents and people of the area.
The shop owners have applied for a licence to sell alcohol from 6am to 11pm.
As it is a quiet residential area the residents are dismayed at the implications for under age drinking, anti social behaviour etc if the licence is granted.
Comments/objections need to be sent in writing by Wednesday, October 15 to The Licensing Officer, WPBC, North Quay, Weymouth DT4 8TA.
There was a good turnout of more than 35 adults and well behaved children.
Chris Edwards, the chairman thanked everyone for their help and support over the last year and stated that the group was going from strength to strength.

Christine James said that there were plenty of 20s plenty signs available if anyone would like them to put up in their gardens. Please call at her house at 51 Norfolk Road or ring her on 777439 to arrange for a sign.
The main objectives for the group for the next 12 months will be to try and attract more residents from the huge area of Westham to take an active part in what the group do.
The gardens were completed by the Youth Forum led by Ryan Hope who has demonstrated once again that give the opportunity and help, youthful enthusiasm is no bad thing.
The theme of the gardens is the seaside and there are some really nice features including rope and anchor chains round the individual plants. There is also a boat full of plants and a mosaic of a seaside scene.
Thanks go to Ashley Wilks who provided the plants at cost, Julie Hursthouse from W&PBC who helped with the project, Weymouth Sailing Club for most of the hard landscaping, W&PBC parks department for the transport and the adult helpers.
Lastly thanks to the residents of Fairway Court who allowed the Youth Forum the chance to show what they can achieve.
There were over 60 adults and children taking part and many dogs also joined in.
Nick Rose ran the course and a lady called Sally looked great in her bee outfit.
Dog biscuits, sweets, biscuits and water were provided for the walkers and everyone completed between 2 to 5 laps of one mile each.
