Tabasco for ice cubes
100ml/4floz sparkling apple juice
150ml/6floz red orange juice
Mint sprigs for decoration
1. First make the ice cubes.
Pour water into an ice cube tray and top each one up with drops of Tabasco® Pepper Sauce to taste.
Two drops is subtle and makes a pinkish cube. Ten gives a pokey cube and gives the ice a Tabasco® red rust colour.
2. Pour apple juice and red orange juice into a jug and mix well. Shake Tabasco® ice cubes into two tall glasses and top with drink mix. Finish with mint sprigs.
