Strawberries, basil, lemon, vodka and new Summer White: the perfect cocktail for summer evenings?
THIS fruity summer drink has been created with Gallo Family Vineyard’s new Summer White –with fruity flavours of apple, pear, citrus and hints of floral notes.
Mixed with vodka this sophisticated drink is perfect to serve at a birthday party or wedding reception:
- 6 oz. Gallo Family Vineyards Summer White
- 1 oz. vodka
- 5 Strawberries – keep 1 for garnish
- 1tsp sugar
- 1 sprig basil
- 1 ounce lemon juice
Blend all ingredients, except wine, strain into flute with a strawberry at the bottom. Top with Gallo Summer White and enjoy.
