SOAK your oats and fruit overnight in apple juice with dried fruits too. That means it’s ready in the morning to pack into a tub and take to work.
Serves three or four people.
Ingredients: 200g/7oz Flahavan’s Organic Oats 500ml /1 pint organic apple juice 200ml /7 fl oz organic natural yogurt 150g /6oz organic dried fruits (prunes, apricots, dried apple, raisins and pear) chopped Place the oats in a non metallic bowl and stir in the apple juice, yogurt and dried fruits.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight where it will swell up and then thicken. Stir more milk, cream, yogurt or apple juice into it just before serving.
