A NEW restaurant, run by a small West Country chain, will open its doors on Poole Quay this week, offering Dorset-inspired pizzas and ciders.

The Stable also has outlets in Bristol, Bath, Weymouth and Bridport.

Owners Nikki and Richard Cooper, pictured above, said: “We source top quality fresh ingredients from suppliers local to each specific restaurant.

“Even our sourdough pizza bases use flour from the South West.”
