CHEESEMAKERS Jill and Charles Gannon return to Dorchester for a morning course showing you how to make mascarpone and halloumi cheese.
“This is a fun way to start making your own cheese and surprising your family and friends,” said Jill.
Jill and Charles now run courses from their mid-Wales home, most recently connected with the National Trust's Powis Castle.
This introduction course will take place at Borough Garden House, Dorchester on Saturday, December 13 10am to noon. Tickets £20.
