DORSET-based Ford Farm is celebrating a number of accolades for its Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar.
Not only did the cloth-aged cheese scoop two gold stars in the Great Taste Awards 2013, it also swept the board at the International Cheese Awards last month.
Mike Pullin, MD at Ford Farm said: “Making a great cheese is one thing, but making a great cheese consistently, is a true feat.
“Thanks to our fantastic team, we have created exactly the right conditions to develop a cheese that just keeps on delivering on flavour.”
