LOCAL food producers will be setting up their stalls at the Dorset Knob Throwing and Food Festival on May 3. On average 54 stalls of suppliers from Dorset, East Devon and Somerset, take to the stands selling their goods and local produce.
DORSET LARDER which is based in Blandford Forum and sources all its meat from the Blackmore Vale area, offers sausage making courses for up to six people from £20 per person. For more information on the course, phone 01258 452846.
