It’s a happy dog that shows off his party trick in return for a smile from his owner and a tasty treat. It’s an even happier dog that gets to share his trick with the world and win a fantastic prize!

Dog Talent

The Echo has teamed up with the Dorset County Show to bring you Dorset’s first ever Dogs Got Talent competition.

The winning dog will achieve doggy stardom, plus a year’s supply of food courtesy of Royal Canin. The winner will also receive a pampering doggy makeover at Kingston Maurward Academy of Animal Care. The runner up will win 6 months of Royal Canin dog food and a mini grooming session.

The shortlist of clever canines will appear in the finals at the Dorset County Show on Saturday, September 4, judged by a team of dog-friendly judges.

The Dorset County Show, September 4-5, 2010 has a packed programme of entertainment including Shaun Ellis Wolf Man, Dancing Diggers and - back by popular demand - Titan the Robot.
