There was a lot of talk before this gig about who was going to turn up tonight.
It was rumoured that RZA, Method Man, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah would not be part of this tour and that this would result in something that was not the Wu-Tang Clan.
With a total of ten members acknowledged to be part of the Clan they were always going to fill the stage at the O2 even with a few gaps in the line up and when they finally hit the stage they did just that.
Considering the above the venue was pretty well sold and nobody inside was complaining about who was or wasn't on stage they were just enjoying every second of a great performance.
The show was full of energy from the band and the crowd, most of who probably were not even born when the Clan were leading the host of emerging Hip Hop talent coming out of the states.
The only gripe I had was that the band did not hit the stage until gone ten and with a venue curfew of eleven this was always going to be a short set.
They did cram a lot into the time they had but were gone far too soon.
