1. American singer Ryan Adams will perform at Bournemouth’s O2 Academy tomorrow night.

2. If you missed Dirty Dancing the musical this summer, this is the next best thing. An Evening of Dirty Dancing: The Tribute Show will shimmy into Lighthouse, Poole on Wednesday night.

3. The Pavilion Dance South West’s new autumn season kicks off on Thursday with a world premiere of RED - a modern version of Little Red Riding Hood.

4. After his show was cancelled last December, Grammy awardwinning artist Ne- Yo will perform at the BIC this Friday.

5. Temperance Seven are still playing their own inimitable style of music at the Regent Centre on Friday.

6. The Dorset Do is a hobbies and craft show with a variety of craft displays, talks and demonstrations from 10am to 4pm on Saturday at St Leonards Village Hall (see dorset-do.co.uk).

7. The Great Bransgore Charity Beer and Music Festival takes place at the Three Tuns Inn on Saturday from midday featuring 80 beers, 60 ciders, a variety of wines and live music.

8. The first Dorset Wine Festival takes place at the prestigious 10 Castle Street in Cranborne this weekend showcasing over 80 wines from all over the world.

9. Bournemouth’s first ever Metropole Market takes over Holdenhurst Road on Sunday offering a mix of free family entertainment, live music, food and drink stalls.
