TV comedians Carl Donnelly and Justin Moorhouse will be the stars of the next Sunday Night at the Pavilion show.

On Sunday, also Father’s Day, Weymouth Pavilion brings you some of the biggest names in stand-up comedy to escape the dad jokes for a night.

Following on from the success of last month’s show with Sean Hughes, this month sees resident MC Tom Glover joined by Dan Thomas, Justin Moorhouse and Carl Donnelly.

Headliner Carl is a Mock the Week regular who is on the verge of becoming a household name after being nominated for best show at last year’s Edinburgh Festival.

Famed for his relaxed anecdotal storytelling, Carl is a multi award-winning comic who has also featured on Dave’s One Night Stand, Russell Howard’s Good News and Stand Up for the Week.

Manchester funnyman Justin Moorhouse has gone from strength to strength since appearing on Michael McIntyre’s comedy roadshow in 2010 and is often seen on the small, and big screen as a stand up and actor appearing in both series of Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights, Shameless and Coronation Street.

As well as his appearances on TV, Justin also writes and stars in his own Radio 4 sitcom Everyone Quite Likes Justin.

One of the finest observational comics in the country, Justin has a large and loyal following in the north and is making a rare trip to the south coast to share his stellar stand-up with the Weymouth crowd.

Completing the line-up is Welsh madman Dan Thomas, winner of the Loaded magazine LAFTAS award, and former tour support for Russell Kane.

Regular local MC Tom Glover will be hosting the show.

• Sunday Night Comedy at Weymouth Pavilion starts at 7:30pm on Sunday, June 15.
