HUNDREDS of music fans will be flocking to Lyme Regis this weekend for the annual Big Mix Festival tomorrow.

The music festival by the sea, run by youth music project B-Sharp, will be held from 1pm to 11pm in the Marine Theatre Square.

Dynamic nine-piece band Stony Browder Junior have been announced as this year’s headliners and the line-up will include around 25 young acts from around the South West.

A total of 10 hours of non-stop music will be provided including disco, jazz, rock, rap, Latin, indie, folk and electronic music, set against the backdrop of Lyme Bay next to the Marine Theatre.

B Sharp Director Fran Williams said: “The Big Mix is Lyme’s own music festival by the sea and a showcase of some of the most exciting vibrant young musicians around.

“This festival is guaranteed to get you dancing and is a great day out for everybody followed by an after event at The Harbour with DJs James Baker, Sahara Head and Will and DJ Ayvin.”
