IT was the decade that time (and taste) forgot.

But the 1980s are back in Weymouth for one night only.

80s Mania at Weymouth Pavilion on February 6 will feature tributes to the great and good from this memorable decade, including Kim Wilde, A-ha, Duran Duran, Wham!, Cyndi Lauper, Culture Club, Madonna, Spandau Ballet, Madness, Erasure and The Human League.

The show will feature a massive line up of 25 best selling artistes authentically recreated to look and sound just like they did back in the decade that fashion forgot.

More than 35 non-stop hits with over 150 costumes will be performed in this fast-paced, high-energy, feelgood show together with the Mania Band and Dance Troupe – not forgett-ing the mind-blowing huge video screen projection, laser and lighting design.

New Romantics, leggings, leg-warmers, stilettos, shoulder pads, big hair, neon, deely boppers… It’s all there. Both on and off the stage.

The party starts half an hour before with an 80s disco roadshow to get everyone in the mood.

With an ever-growing cult following and continued European success, 80s Mania has been touring the UK for the past five years.

So dig out your worst fashions (men too, complete with make up!) and come join the party.

The audience is encouraged to sing and clap along to their favourite 80s tunes and bring the decade alive by dancing round their handbags!
