IT may not have been the real One Direction but that didn't matter to fans of the X Factor boy band at Weymouth Pavilion as they revelled in the group's premier tribute act, Only One Direction.

The tribute act got fans hooked as they sang an array of songs from all four of One Direction's albums including Story of My Life, What Makes You Beautiful and Best Song Ever.

Fans got the chance to get up, close and personal to world's most popular tribute band of 2014 as they swarmed around the stage and took every opportunity they could to snatch a quick high five or a selfie with one of the members.

Travelling all over the UK, Europe and having their first international gig in Dubai the tribute band have played to more than a quarter of a million people and have future ambitions to head to America and Germany.

Only One Direction were also the star guests on ITV's This Morning last month, performing Story of My Life.

Fans screamed with delight as members of the band came down into the audience and judged which lucky youngsters deserved their prizes of a signed poster and a One Direction jacket.

They were also in for a treat when the band reappeared on stage in One Direction onesies and worked up a sweat performing the bands well-known cover of One Way or Another.

The band proved further they talent as they tugged on the heartstrings of their fans singing You and I from the album Midnight Memories.

Following the dramatic departure of Zayn in March, the tribute band assured fans that they will remain as a five.

Speaking before the night, Henry Allan, who play's the bands Harry, promised fans that they won't be sending their Zayn to the job centre just yet.

If you missed out on seeing the band performing as a five, you can see them performing in Yeovil on May 3 and Bournemouth on August 30.

Ending the night on one of the original and most popular songs of One Direction, What Makes You Beautiful, fans left on a hype of energy.
