THE former lead singer of The Specials will be doing an exclusive DJ set in West Dorset next month.
Terry Hall's set will be at the Electric Palace in Bridport on Thursday, December 17.
This exclusive night with legendary Specials Front Man and SKA pioneer Terry is brought to Bridport by Free Range Promotions.
As lead singer of one of the most important and game changing British bands of all time The Specials, Terry and his gang hammered the charts worldwide, with hits including A Message To You Rudy, Ghost Town, Gangsters, Nite Club, Monkey Man, and many many more.
In addition to his music with the Specials, Terry Hall sang for Fun Boy Three, The Colourfield, Terry, Blair & Anouchka and Vegas. In 1995 he released his first solo album and has since collaborated with Gorillaz, Dub Pistols and Tricky
In between touring commitments with The Specials and various solo projects, Terry Hall will be performing a unique set of his own personal music collection, giving you an opportunity to hear some of the finest music from the last 40 years, with a style mixing up rare and classic tracks from across the genres, anything from Reggae, Dance hall, Ska and Two Tone to 80s pop, hip hop and indie.
This is currently Terry Hall’s only DJ set on sale in the country.
