VILLAGERS are gearing up for a fund-raising celebration which promises to be a great day out.
Corscombe Fest will take place on June 18 from 1pm to 6pm in the grounds of Corscombe Court which even comes complete with a moat.
This traditional event has a number of local stalls and there is something for everyone, organisers say.
Corscombe is a beautiful unspoilt West Dorset village, just four miles from Beaminster, nine miles from Yeovil, and seven miles from Crewkerne.
Tickets are available on the gate at £2 each and there is plenty of free parking.
Give your youngsters a great day of fun in the children’s area that includes a bouncy castle and assault course.
There will also be a collection of classic cars on display for the day, a dog show and drinks, tea and cake served on the lawn.
