A SIX piece fusion of 1920's swing and stomping electro beats are hitting the stage.

Famed for their explosive sound that reverberates back through time, you can expect a seriously good party with The Electric Swing Circus when they play at Bridport Arts Centre on Saturday July 2.

The band bring their own unique style to the music scene. Their live set includes electric double bass, vintage samples, gypsy-jazz guitar and electro beats.

Fronted by a sassy female double-act, the band deliver a consistently dazzling show bursting with toe-tapping tunes.

The band first formed in 2011 with their preview EP Penniless Optimist and followed up with an electric eponymous debut album Electric Swing Circus in 2013.

After a huge last year of international touring and festivals, a hotly anticipated new album is now in the pipeline.

Music will continue after the band have left the stage when the Frolic DJs hit the decks.

The much loved genre-defying disco night will be playing until 1am for all those who can’t stop dancing long after the show.
