A COMIC circus is coming to a village near Weymouth.

Absurd and surreal, Anyday is circus show like no other and a day in the life like no other! It will be in Portesham Village Hall on Saturday April 29.

Taking its name from the daily life of a lonely character, Max, journey with him through his nomadic life, travelling from town to town on his trampoline, with only his little pet bird for company. Follow the two friends as they shake up their normality and start an epic journey to find freedom.

Max Calaf Seve is a contemporary circus artist, specialising in trampoline acrobatics, object manipulation and physical theatre and challenging himself to obliterate the boundaries of what is possible on a trampoline.

He trained at Rigelio Rivel Circus School, La Central del Circ Barcelona, National Centre for Circus Arts in London and holds a postgrad in Physical Theatre from Royal Holloway. Aside from being a successful performer, Max is an accomplished circus teacher and facilitator.

With breathtaking trampoline skills, hilarious clowning and moments of sadness and discovery, Anyday is set to an original score by Matt Huxley, who grew up in Bridport.

This 'brilliant and unique' new show explores loneliness with moments of light, shade and ultimately joy in an outstanding piece of Spanish comedy theatre for all the family.
