A TEAM of All Star Wrestling champions will be getting to grips for a summer showdown at Bournemouth Pavilion next week.

Superslam champion Oliver Grey, joins forces with high flying Charlie Gee to take on the 50 stones-plus Henchmen, a formidable combination of bearded battlers, Benton Destruction and Jim Diehard, on Wednesday, July 25 at 7.30pm.

A tour spokesman said: “Devon-based Grey, has been in outstanding form since returning from two years of American action for WWE off-shoot NXT and wasted little time in defeating barnstorming US star Harlem Bravado to take the prestigious Superslam Championship late in 2017. “

“He will be sure of top support from 26-year-old Bath-born speed merchant Gee who especially enjoys the cut and thrust of rumble action.”

The programme also features top ladies with Southampton-based Erin Angel facing Weymouth’s Connie Stevens, the hard hitting daughter of ladies ring legend Klondyke Kate, while other favourite contenders include Hampshire favourite Chris Manns, the colourful campaigner best known as the Fearless Flatliner .

Tickets are now on sale at the Pavilion box office and include a special £45 family offer covering two adults and two children under-16.
