THERE is just a day to go until Camp Bestival, the family-friendly festival, held in the grounds of Lulworth Castle, from Thursday July 26 to Sunday, July 29.

Here's everything you need to know about the festival.

WHAT'S NEW? The centrepiece of this year's festival will be the striking HMS Camp Bestival to tie in with the 2018 maritime theme. This is a real ship which will host shows such as a Pimp My Trolley contest hosted by Radio 2's Sara Cox and a DJ set hosted by Fearne Cotton.

Food and drink will play a bigger role than ever with The River Cottage collective.

WHO'S PLAYING?

Headline acts include eighties icon Rick Astley and Scottish rock band Simple Minds, chart-toppers Clean Bandit, Tokio Myers of Britain's Got Talent fame and singer Rae Morris.

WHAT ELSE APART FROM MUSIC?

There will be comedy from Sean Lock, Dave Johns and Andrew Maxwell and poetry, talks and readings. There is also a host of kids' entertainment. Highlights include Mr Tumble, Dick and Dom, Peppa Pig, Dinosaur World Live and The World's Biggest Bouncy Castle.
