AFTER a highly acclaimed sell-out run at The Warehouse Theatre, Ilminster, Alive Community Theatre are bringing Sandy Wilson's The Boy Friend to Lyme Regis.

Set in 1926 on the French Riviera, the story follows the romantic adventures of Polly Brown and her friends as they search for that perfect thing called the boy friend'.

Starring Jemima Coleman as Polly Brown, Harry Gawen as Tony, Silvey Webber as Maisie and Chis Williamson as Bobby, this predominantly young cast take you to the Charleston era where good eggs' and flappers' danced the night away!

The play has been directed by Sophy Layzell with musical director Grania Coleman and choreographer Jane Karrie.
