A community spirit is here
Over the last few years my family has managed to lose two ladies purses (including cards and money), a laptop (left at a bus stop!) and last week a monthly bus pass in a nice leather holder with a bank card and £5 slipped inside.
All of these items have been handed in and returned to us. May I sincerely thank the person who found the bus pass, probably on a Portland bus last week, and handed it in. Whoever said there is no such thing as community? I love living here!
