AM I the only Echo reader to have been wondering where the bus for homeless people was going to be parked? No mention was ever made of where it was going to be sited.
I cannot believe that those two (well intentioned) people have asked for donations and not first asked the council for permission to site it somewhere.
Did they really think that after all the hard work and success that Phil Say and staff and volunteers have made of the Pavilion that it would be a good place to site it on the car park there?
I think the council needs to think very carefully where they decide where to allow it.
