Appeal after biker raids

MOTORCYCLES have been stolen and community centres broken into in Weymouth and Portland.

Police suspect the same gang may be responsible and are appealing for information.

Two 50cc motorcycles and one 125cc motorcycle, all made by Honda, were stolen from different locations in Underhill.

After the motorbikes were stolen the Kimberlin Club in Blacknor Road, Portland, was broken into.

Three men were seen leaving the scene with a small scrambler type motorcycle.

Police say the family centre in Cromwell Road, Weymouth, and Weymouth Sports Club on Dorchester Road were also broken into.

All the offences were committed during the early hours of yesterday morning. Contact the police in confidence on 01305 222222.
