Surgery for woman faller
A WOMAN underwent emergency surgery after falling from a second- storey window on to railings in Weymouth, police said.
A force spokesman said the 20-year-old woman was recovering in intensive care and is in a stable condition after sustaining non life-threatening injuries.
The spokesman said that the woman fell from the window of a property in Abbotsbury Road in the early hours of yesterday morning.
He said she fell on to railings and was treated by ambulance paramedics before being transferred to Dorset County Hospital for an operation.
The spokesman added: "There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding this incident."
