SEVEN people were arrested and Class A Drugs were seized following a raid on a Weymouth pub.
Officers stormed into The George Inn on Custom House Quay on last night and shocked diners were ordered to leave.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "At just before 10pm on Thursday, 25 October 2012, officers in Weymouth executed a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at the George Inn at Custom House Quay in Weymouth following a two month operation to gather evidence.
“Officers found and seized substances believed to be Class A drugs in addition to a substantial amount of money."
“As a result, seven people - three men aged, 33, 37 and 63, three women, aged 33, 35 and 57, and a 17-year-old boy, all from the Weymouth area - were arrested on suspicion of drug offences and are helping officers with their enquiries."
The George Inn's licence has been suspended and the premises closed until further notice.
