Caravan fire victim was woman in her twenties

POLICE have said the Wyke Regis caravan fire victim was a woman in her twenties

Emergency services rushed to Martleaves Farm, Ryemead Lane, Weymouth, on Monday night.

It is believed the victim, who has not yet been identified, died after the caravan burst into flames.

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "A body of a woman believed to be in her twenties has been recovered from the scene.

"A formal identification by the coroner has yet to take place.
"Officers are continuing to investigate and the incident is still being treated as unexplained."
