Caravan destroyed in Ridgeway fire

A CARAVAN is believed to have been deliberately set alight last night.
Fire fighters battled the blaze after being alerted by a motorist who saw flames close to the old Roman Road area of the ridgeway shortly before 3.30am.
The caravan was found near to Bayard's Dairy.
A spokesperson for Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said the caravan was completely destroyed and that the cause is believed to be deliberate.
