Weymouth man John Joe Darch appears in court charged with drugs and weapons offences

A 19-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Weymouth Magistrates Court via video link charged with multiple offences.
John Joe Darch, formerly of Beverley Road and now of HMP Dorchester, is charged with possessing the Class B drug methedrone with intent to supply and possessing criminal property, namely a large unknown quantity of cash.
He has also been charged with possessing a weapon designed to give an electrical charge.
Darch is further charged with possession of Class C drug anabolic steroids with intent to supply.
Darch was remanded in custody and will appear again at the court via video link on February 12 when the case will be sent to the crown court.
