New Weymouth hotel and restaurant to open on March 25
Whitbread has announced it will open its new restaurant and hotel development in Weymouth on March 25.
.
The new Beefeater restaurant and Premier Inn hotel will be opening at Gateway Business Park, bringing a total of 55 new jobs to the local area and injecting a total investment of over £6 million into the local economy.
A spokesman for the company said: "The Weymouth Beefeater restaurant will offer a relaxed and casual dining experience and feature a newly developed menu focusing on steak and classic dishes with a modern twist.
" Those familiar with the Beefeater brand across the UK will also spot new trial branding for the restaurants that will reinforce the brand’s steak heritage through a stylised pink cow logo and a new strapline “Passionate about steak”.

Great for jobs, but what's the point of opening a Travel Inn when we've already got one at Lodmoor and there is another one being built in Dorchester? I also wonder where the people are coming from, after all, there is nothing in Weymouth, and once WPBC have their way and demolish the Pavilion, there will be no reason for people to visit.
