Usual standard of Echo reporter writing?
Sentence says 'Throughout 2013 the borough friends' groups and local organisations.' without going on to say what is happening!

Another sentence only says 'And on Sunday 24 March the borough friends' groups and local organisations.' - so?

What is the difference between an event being 'all new' or merely 'new'?

To Be fair a lot of the events are regular ones. 'New' wasn't a claim..
