POLICE are appealing for information after a spate of locks were vandalised with superglue in Weymouth.

Inspector Les Fry said there have been around four incidents of the vandalism in the last four months, including Weymouth Magistrates Court and beach huts.

The most recent happened at Kingsbury Court, Stavordale Road, when the door locks were superglued last night.

He said: “We believe these incidents may be linked and are appealing for any witnesses that could help find this offender.

“It has caused significant disruption, disturbance and cost to the management of the buildings.”
