Forces come together to offer free online training for community
12:00pm Monday 11th February 2013 in News
Dorset Adult Learning has joined forces with e-learning service vision2learn to offer free online training for the local community.
Places are currently available on vision2learn’s online business and administration level two and customer service knowledge level two courses.
These courses help people to develop practical, work-related skills. The courses lead to a level two certificate in principles of business and administration and a level two certificate in customer service knowledge, both nationally recognised, accredited qualifications.
Vision2learn courses are government-funded and free for people aged 19+ living in Dorset. With vision2learn, people can gain new skills in a fun and flexible way via an internet-connected PC. Once assigned to a learning provider, learners can work independently through study units and complete assessments on vision2learn’s interactive study area. Each learner has an experienced online tutor to offer help and support throughout their course.
