Four taken to hospital after A37 crash

FOUR people were taken to hospital after a collision involving two vehicles and a lamppost near Dorchester.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at around 5pm on Sunday afternoon.
A Ford Transit van crashed into a lamppost after colliding with a silver Kia car on the A37 near Grimstone.
The incident involved a woman and two children who were all treated for minor injuries.
The 24-year-old van driver also suffered bruising from the crash.
Southern Electric attended the scene after the lamppost was knocked down across part of the road.
The A37 was reopened by 7.30pm and all involved were taken to Dorset County Hospital.
