Is it me or does the new Council building look like it should have a massive picture of Stalin or Mao on it? As it resembles a prison also it is an apt place for our criminal civil service to be locked away in.

We had the possibility of seeing a live debate last week, but we had prior notice of this. How about the Echo giving us the link a day or two in advance that we can partake ourselves.
The link with the new police commissioner was really eye opening as to how these meetings actually work.
