International Women's Day events to be held in Bridport

Events to celebrate International Women’s Day are being held in Bridport next week.
Bridport Feminist Network has organised the activities, which includes an exhibition running from Monday until Tuesday, March 12, at the town’s library.
On Friday at 7.30pm, The World’s Wife, poems by Carol Ann Duffy will be performed by the Sinistre Theatre Company at the Beach and Barnicott.
On Saturday stalls will be held in Bucky Doo Square from 9.30am to 1pm; at 3pm there will be a Feminism Today workshop at the Arts Centre Cafe and at 7.30pm at the WI Hall in North Street a documentary will be shown about Sylvia Pankhurst.
