AS the annual bandstand events continue residents are reminded to come along and join in the fun every Sunday in Sanders Park.
The events this month will take place on July 7, 14, 21 and 28. All performances will start at 2.30pm and run until 4.30pm.
Bands playing in July include Worcester Youth Jazz Orchestra, Shipston Town Band, Skinflint and Alcester Victoria Silver Band.
Councillor Michael Webb, whose portfolio covers leisure and cultural services, said: “Fingers crossed the weather will be better in July so we can enjoy the bandstand events in the sunshine. Sit back and relax or walk off your Sunday lunch with a stroll round Sanders Park whilst listening to some fantastic music from talented bands.”
It is free to attend any of the bandstand events.
