UPDATED: Convicted murderer and paranoid schizophrenic Daniel Rosenthal found

A CONVICTED murderer who went on the run after escaping from a hospital has been found.
Police said Daniel Rosenthal, 58, who had been missing from Tatchbury Mount Hospital, Totton, Hampshire, since 2.30pm yesterday was located in Southampton at 11am today. He has been returned to hospital.
Rosenthal is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and is a convicted murderer.
He had been last seen when he went for a routine, unsupervised walk around the gardens of the hospital.
Police carried out initial searches in the hospital, its grounds and the surrounding areas.
He had been known to visit various areas of the New Forest and Southampton.
In 1981 he murdered his mother Leah at their home in Hedge End, near Southampton, after he had earlier killed his father Milton in France. He cut up both bodies in little pieces, his trial heard.
