New national firm announced for Weymouth business park
A NEW national firm has been announced for a Weymouth development.
Topps Tiles will join Screwfix, Halfords Autocentre and Toolstation in occupying a commercial unit at the 10-acre employment site Link Park.
Mickey Jones, chief executive of DJ Property, the company developing Weymouth’s newest business park, said: "I am delighted to welcome a major UK tile supplier to South Dorset.
"Topps Tiles have more than 320 outlets across the UK with the nearest outlets being in Dorchester, Poole or Yeovil.
"Topps Tiles has taken space at Link Park because DJ Property is a trusted, professional developer of commercial property that builds long-term relationships.
"We champion the local area. What’s good for South Dorset is good for us."
Topps Tiles will be occupying the fourth of six units in Phase One at Link Park and DJ Property will confirm more tenants in the near future.
Plans for Phase 2 of Link Park will be announced in the near future.
