WEYMOUTH Crematorium will hold its annual service to remember lost loved ones.
The Service of Remembrance takes place every year on September 8 and allows people to remember a friend, colleague or loved one.
All faiths are welcome to the service, which starts at 2pm and will be taken by Father Richard Harper from St Paul’s Church in Weymouth.
There will be prayers, hymns, poems and readings including a piece by Leslie Scrase Humanist Celebrant, and Cantare will sing Beyond The Sea.
You can also light a candle.
Councillor Colin Huckle, spokesman for social inclusion at the borough council, said: “Anyone is welcome and people can also walk in the grounds to reflect, recall or simply to enjoy the rose garden in an atmosphere of peace and collective remembrance.”
