UPDATE: THE A35 Lytchett Minster is closed eastbound between A351 and A350 following an "incident".
A Dorset Police spokesperson is currently unable to give any more information as the incident is ongoing.
A South Western Ambulance Service spokesperson said a male in his 20s is believed to have gone down the embankment on the sliproad from the A350 to Longmeadow Lane on the way to Creekmoor.
There is currently no information on whether the man sustained any injury.
Firefighters were called after a chimney fire broke out at a home at Gold Hill in Child Okeford.
Crews from Sturminster Newton attended the scene at around 3.15pm today.
A spokesman for Dorset Fire and Rescue said: “A timely reminder, as the weather is on the change and getting cooler, ensure you have had your chimney swept by a qualified professional before lighting your fire this coming autumn.”

THE A35 Lytchett Minster is closed eastbound between A351 and A350 following a crash.
The collision is believed to be near to the Bakers Arms Roundabout.

Despite the One World Festival in Dorchester closing early, organisers said they will be back next year.
Catherine Dearlove from the River of Life Church said: “Although we had to end the festival early this year we will be back next year.
“If you let the British weather get in the way, nothing would ever happen.”

COASTGUARDS were called after a sports cruiser with two people on board broke down near Weymouth.
The 24ft boat ‘Lady In Red’ was towed to safety by local vessel ‘Protector’ at around 4.30pm yesterday.
Earlier, rescue teams were alerted after a yacht ran aground off Old Harry Rocks near Poole.
During the call, which came in at around 12.30pm from a passing RIB, the yacht freed itself and continued on its journey.
ARSONISTS torched a chapel on Salisbury Road in Blandford this morning.
The incident, which left the flooring, pews, curtains and walls damaged, happened at around 7.30am.
Crews from Blandford mobilised following a report of smoke from the chapel.
A spokesman for Dorset Fire and Rescue said: “The cause is believed to be deliberate, damage was sustained to the flooring, pews, one set of curtains and one of the chapel walls was damaged by scorching and heat.”
Anyone with information should contact Dorset Police on 101.
FIREFIGHTERS were called to investigate alarms sounding at a hotel in Cerne Abbas last night.
Crews from Maiden Newton and Dorchester attended at around 11.30pm.
An investigation found it to be a false alarm due to a system fault.

Crews were alerted to a property fire involving cooking at a flat at around 10.30am.
The blaze was out on arrival.

Don’t forget to check out the Wessex Food Festival at Weymouth College today.
The event lasts until 5pm with children under 16 going free and organiser Lindsey Howell is hoping for an afternoon rush.
She added that the new venue at the college seemed to be a great success.
Lindsey said: “It’s working out really well, we are really excited with this venue and lots of people seem to be really enjoying everything.”
The festival is also on tomorrow from 10am to 5pm.

There's so much going on this weekend it's difficult to know where to begin. From Doc Martin start Martin Clunes at the Weldmar Fete to a celebrating cultural diversity at the One World Festival in Dorchester. Taste buds will also be tantalised at the Wessex Food Festival at Weymouth College and the Sturminster Newton Cheese Festival. The George Inn at Chideock hosts the World Garlic Eating Championships and the sky is the limit for the Eggardon Kite Festival.
