A MAN has been told he could face a jail term after admitting a charge of burglary.
Glen Skipp, of Mar Close, Yeovil, pleaded guilty to entering a building in Cattistock as a trespasser with intent to steal on November 8 last year.
He also admitted a charge of receiving stolen goods relating to various items including jewellery boxes, crockery, perfume containers, a broach and silver metal tin.
The 47-year-old was released on bail while a pre-sentence report was prepared and will return to Dorchester Crown Court on October 17.
Judge Roger Jarvis told the defendant: “The court takes a serious view of these sorts of matters. It may well be that you lose your liberty.”
