Blind man missing from Dorchester hospital

A BLIND man reported missing from the Dorset County Hospital has been found safe and well.
Police launched an urgent appeal for sightings of David Wrighton, 75, after her was reported missing from the hospital after being last seen at 6.15pm today.
But just after 11pm it was reported that he was found within the hospital complex in Williams Avenue.
Earlier control room supervisor Len Vickery had appealed for sightings of the missing man.
He said: "Dorset Police are currently searching for a very vulnerable missing person who has gone missing from the Dorset County Hospital.
"He is a David Wrighton, aged 75, who is a blind gentleman, disappeared from the hospital at approximately 6.15pm.
"David is described as a white male who wears glasses described as wrap around style, similar to ski goggles.
"He was wearing a red dressing gown and creamy coloured Ugg slippers and was carrying a white stick.
"He is known to be quite mobile."
It is believed that Mr Wrighton is from the Bridport area.
