Spooky Halloween fun at The Kingcombe Meadows nature reserve

BAT-detecting, spooky games and a Halloween-themed menu are just some of the activities taking place at The Kingcombe Meadows nature reserve.
The event takes place on next Thursdayfrom 4pm – 8pm. Children between the ages of six and 13 are welcome to come along to ‘Things That Go Bump in the Night’ for an early evening of discovering the nocturnal wildlife that lurks within the Dorset Wildlife Trust nature reserve.
Halloween-themed refreshments will be on sale in The Kingcombe Café at ‘Things That Go Bump in the Night’, which forms part of The Kingcombe Kids Club calendar, running wildlife-themed activity days throughout the school holidays.
Tickets cost £5 per child, and it is essential to book in advance; all children must be accompanied by an adult, younger and older siblings are welcome too at £5 each.
