Traffic back to normal following collision
A MAN in his 30s has been taken to hospital following a traffic collision between a motorcycle and a van earlier this morning.
The incident occurred between Kenyons Lane South and Haydock Island on the East Lancs at around 8am, closing one carriageway.
The motorcyclist suffered an injury to his right knee and was taken to Warrington Hospital.
The carriageway is now open and traffic is getting back to normal.
