Kitesurfer rescued in Portland Harbour
FISHERMEN came to the rescue of a kitesurfer in difficulty in Portland Harbour.
Portland Coastguard received a report around midday yesterday of a kitesurfer unable to make the beach at Ferrybridge.
As Portland Bill Coastguard Rescue Officers made their way there, the surfer was assisted ashore by a local fishing boat.
